Since there is so much bloating and pain, rumbling that you are feeling that it will explode I would suggest you the following in such a situation: Rush to ER or nearby hospital. Clinical evaluation and examination. X-ray of abdomen in standing position alone can give indication about the cause such as Intestinal obstruction or so. You may need admission to the hospital, intravenous fluids and antibiotic. Nasograstric Ryle s tube to remove the stomach contents. Continuous observation so that the progress is known and surgery if needed be done. It may resolve on conservative management within a few day and if not resolved may need further investigations and surgery if needed.
