Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your wife having multiple gallstones problem. Gallstone can led cholecystitis like inflammation of gallbladder and so can led attack of abdominal pain and vomiting. If your gallstone is asymptomatic than no further treatment needed. The treatment done only if patient is symptomatic. Udiliv tablet can be prescribed for that. In symptomatic gallstone cholecystectomy done as a management protocol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
