Suggest Treatment For Gag Reflex
My daughter is 1 year old and she is having a pattern of gaging issue (for 4 days she will have gaging heavily and next four days normal... and this cycle repeats for last 2 months). She is suffering from Narrow airway and Laryngomalasia from birth and is fitted with G-Tube for her feeding. I am in US now and want to know whether we can treat her back in India. Please help. Hi,
"Narrow airway" as a matter of fact it is not the right condition or name, but immature cartilage or upper larynx collapse during inhalation that causes the loud sound due to airway obstruction.
Most of the cases get well with the time in very few cases surgical intervention needed, it is not the serious condition and it can be managed anywhere but an only certain type of case need surgery.
