Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination
Sir I m suffering from frequent urination with burning inside the tip of the penis and weakness in the body also. Also after sonography post void is 64. I live in kolhapur where I gotvtreatment from dr ganpule. Infection in penis also causes inflammation in my chest

Your findings may suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).Frequent urination is a feature of UTI.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
You may need to take full course of antibiotics.
You should drink plenty of water.
