I am 20 weeks pregnant, with a kidney stone and have surgeries every 4 weeks to change my stent. (My urologist says this is the fastest he s ever seen a stent crust up and get blocked up.) That being said we tried a bigger stent size last surgery and I am completely MISERABLE. I knew with the stent there will always be discomfort but this time around I am experiencing more urine frequency to where I am constantly throughout my whole day running to the bathroom before I pee myself. There is no warning it s just GO! And with that also comes extreme burning (which i feel ALL day, not just when I use the bathroom.) Basically all i can do is lay in bed and make sure I am near a bathroom at all times. Now hospital visits have been frequent and I ve been put on antibiotic for the remainder of my pregnancy due to kidney and bladder infections I just seem to keep on getting. My lower flank pain has gotten extremely better but still hurts badly at times. My doctor prescribed me Vicodin for the pain following my last surgery but that doesnt help with bladder spasms or the burning i feel all throughout the day. Just today I felt so dizzy to the point I thought I was losing my mind! I felt unbalanced and almost like i was in a dream state. I need some advice!!! This has been such an awful experience.
