Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Pain

Im 20year old male, i have a disease in my body for the past eight years now ,symptoms are worm like movement in my body,brain,foot palm,leg palm, and also during urination i have pains,smell and frequent urination either whitish or yellowish in colour. weak erection,weak ejaculation,Low libido and also stomach disorder.What kind of disease is this?

Hi,

Noted the history about a 20 year old male having a long history of 8 years with worm like movement in the body, painful urination with smell and frequency, weak erection, weak ejaculation, low libido and stomach disorders.
Since you are just 20 years old all the symptoms really are not common at your age.
Hence it is important to find the cause.
This looks to be a chronic urinary tract infection with affection of prostate or kidney, hence needs the following:
First of all, consult your regular Doctor for proper and detailed clinical evaluation, examination and investigations/
Ultrasonography of abdomen to start with and CT scan with Pyelography for urinary tract system.
Blood tests for diabetes, CBC, kidney functions and thyroid functions.
Urine culture and sensitivity with routine and microscopy examination.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and thence you can be referred to the Urologist or Nephrologist as the case many be.
Proper courses of antibiotic can help you cure.
Proper management of any associated diseases to be done.
Counselling and proper management of low libido, erection and ejaculation will be done.
