I am a 23 year old man, I often have to pee a lot, and then even when I am done peeing, it feels like I didn t get it all out, or I have to pee again a few minutes later. Also sometimes my anus will be really itchy and it won t go away until after I pee. Then sometimes when I wipe, stuff just keeps leaking out and sometimes it randomly gets itchy I will go to the toilet and have to wipe. I ve noticed these symptoms start to happen when I eat food without drinking water, have too much salt in my food, masturbate too often, or if I go too long without masturbating, but sometimes it happens completely randomly. What can I do?
