i am 24yrs male 5,9"height 67kgs

i m studing CA i have specs of negetive number

i suffer wit frequent head pain which last for a whole day long. . .mostly when a day i wake up at 5am n next day at 8-9am even thought when i wake up early i sleep early in night which ultimately makes d hrs for which i sleep constant

other times when i stay empty stmouch means even an hour late for meal gives headache

lastly when i walk in sun for 20mins n more leads to headache

these r few reasons which i notice

plz help me out as living in todays life all this situtation is generally faced by all but then y headache only to me its irritating n waste my day specially time change of getting up in morning cause me a lot
