Hello doctor, I am 30 years old. I have a problem of bowel movement after each meal. I go to toilet atleast 3-4 times a day. I fed up of all this. I am losing my weight too. I have been suffering for 1 year. I do regularly gym and excercise. Please tell me any treatment for this. What should I do to avoid bowel movement?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi ,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
You need an expert consultation &investigations to know basic cause... which could be-
- Bowel infection/infestation
- food allergies (glutn or lactose intollerce) coeliac diseas/Crohn disease/irritable bowel syndrome .
- Digestive enzyme defeciency
All these conditions cause mal absorbtion/defecient digestion leading to mal mutrition & weakness.. weight loss.
Please consult a gastroenterologist.
Thanks
