Suggest Treatment For Frequent Bowel Movement With Diarrhea

Dear Doctor,
since having a very bad attack of food poisoning 13 years ago i have been left with a very over active bowel. More recently it seems to have got worse, i sometimes i havnent even manged to make it to the toilet which is highly embaressing for me. This is hindering my work life and my social life. and im not at my wits end, is there anything i can take to help me have these frequen attacks of diarrohea.

or else , then only the final line of management can be figured out .
