Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain in case if you have got fracture in jaw at three places then you need to get surgical reduction and fixation of the jaw done to re-unite and fuse the fractured segments of the bone and let the bone heal and become a single unit..

Certain titanium plates and screws are also used in this regard to clamp the bony fragments together..
As far as broken teeth are concerned, you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical examination and x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.

You can be advised to get fillings, root canal treatments, capping etc done depending upon the condition of the teeth..
Mostly surgical treatments a covered in dental insurances and even fillings, but for exact information you need to consult you local insurance advisor and take a proper plan accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
