Suggest Treatment For Foot And Ankle Pain After Treated Increased Uric Acid

I got pain in my right side foot ankle and swelling 14 days earlier. My doctor got checked
my uric acid and it was 10.3 where as normal range was upto 7.
My doctor suggested me to take Zyloric Tablet 300 mg once daily and Caflam tab in case of
pain
I started getting the medicine. Now it is 13 days gone I am taking Zyloric The 80% swelling
has gone but the pain is still there.
I want to ask how many days it can take to healup and do I need some other med
