Suggest Treatment For Food Poisioning

Hi,

I'm a 29 year old female. I feel sick to my stomach at the sight or smell of food or even the word itself! This starts last Sunday when my sisters and I ordered from a restaurant. Nothing happened to my sisters though we ordered the same food. Before that day, I used to eat small amounts of food because I can't eat more or because I don't like the food. I've been eating properly at work but now it's holidays and I miss alot of meals because of my sleeping hours. I really love food and I want to eat right now but I want food that doesn't make me feel sick. I don't feel well and I feel dizzy and depressed these days. Please, help ASAP!

Thank you

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to food poisoning.

I recommend eating light, bland foods, such as saltine crackers, bananas, rice, or bread.

Sipping liquids may help avoid vomiting.

Don't eat fried, greasy, spicy, or sweet foods.

I recommend you to take daily probiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
