Suggest Treatment For Fluttering Sensation In Heart And Tiredness

Yes, my Pharmacy just changed manufacturers for budpropion, I got along super on the former one. This one is zydus. I have had a bit higher bp for me, but in the normal range. My heart feels fluttery. I can barely make it through the day I am so tired. I just want to sleep and have no energy.

Bupropion can sometimes alter blood pressure.
Sinnce how long have you been taking bupropion?
Change in brands can cause recurrence of symptoms in some cases but this is unusual with bupropion.

If possible, you should shift to the original brand.

Also get an ECG done; keep a frequent check on your BP.
