Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

There could be fluid collection in ear canal which is leading to hearing various sounds. Fluid collection usually occurs due to ear infection. In case the symptoms are not resolving despite taking antibiotics, I suggest you to consult your ENT specialist again for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
