Suggest Treatment For Fluctuations In TSH Levels After In Medicine Dosage

For 14 years I have been on 125 mcg to 137 mcg except when I was pregnant when they put me on 112 mcg. I lost my job and had a baby so I took the 112 mcg for about 6 months and then had to get my thyroid checked and the doctor said they only see thyroid levels that low about every 5 years and that I was at risk of heart failure. He upped my dosage immediately and I got leveled out. Then I went to a knew doctor upon moving and my TSH was 0.017. They said normal was 0.424 and would need 2.5? Anyway, he changed my dosage to 88 mcg and within 3 weeks I was severely tired and moody. Would the 88 mcg be correct for that thyroid level?
