Brief answer
ask your doctor to change antihypertensive drugs

Detailed answer

I can understand your concern I think I would be of some help to you

you can ask your doctor to change antihypertensive medicines which suits you the best because there are a lot different categories of medicines available to get your blood pressure under control. Then there is no question of taking a medicine which produces a side effect to you

good luck
