Suggest Treatment For Flattening Of The Chest On The Right Side

my right hand side chest part look flat compare to the left side. i can feel the slope in bone wmy right hand side chest part look flat compare to the left side. i can feel the slope in bone when i touch to my chest. it seems right hand side part hasn't develop...

I can understand your concern.
Flattening of one sided of chest wall is seen in
1. Lung conditions like fibrosis of lung, collapsed lung, maldevelopment of lung etc.
2. Maldevelopment of intercostal muscles and ribs.
3. Vertebral deformity etc.
So better to consult doctor and get chest x ray, x ray of lumbar spine and MRI spine if required.
These reports are needed to rule out above mentioned conditions.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
