hello sir i am suffring from fishers for the past 4 moths i was reliefed in between for 20 days but again i am felling lot of pain ,i was advised by the doctor to have high fiber food n creamifin but again i am suffring from pain i there a perment solution if i mentain my food habit there is no blood commin but the pain is too much but it gets reliefed when i sit in the hot water tub

As per our clinical experience, the fissure is prone to occur again and again even after surgery as well. The best way is to keep it under control with
- Plenty of liquids and high fiber diet, bulk-forming laxative support for soft stools
- Regular sitz bath
- Strict dietary measures
