Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

i was diagnosed with fibromyalga today. What should I do now. I find it to be a confusing disease. I have read all about it and have information on it but is there a therapy, or does insurance cover massages or any type of help for people with this?

Fibromyalgia (FM; Fibromyalgia Syndrome; FMS)
The exact cause of fibromyalgia is unknown.
Some of these diseases, which are often combined with the emergence of fibromyalgia:
Depression and anxiety;
Chronic headaches, such as tension headaches;
Irritable bowel syndrome
Dysmenorrhea;
Female urethral syndrome (bladder irritation).
The goal of treatment is to reduce or control fibromyalgia symptoms.
using:
Antidepressants;
Anticonvulsants;
Sedative;
Muscle relaxants;
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
Opiates.
