Hi Doctor Im bhagya 32 years & 60 kgs I am suffering from fibromyalgia since 1 year & also suffering from severe gas problem & i have migraine headache. Due to these problems i was not able to work properly. I am house wife no exercise at home & I have 3 years kid.

you are overweight and need to loose weight. consult diatecian and gym expert for advise on advising on weight control and proper gym work out.take regular morning walk go for change of lifestyle.for migraine can take migrainil one tab to start with and increase up to six tablet till improves from all signs and symptoms
