Suggest Treatment For Fever With Sore Throat

I am having fever since yesterday early morning the fever is 100. I have taken Combiflam dosage 2wice a day and gargles with warm water. The symptoms are: Pain in throat Difficulty in swallowing anything Body pain Should I continue taking this treatment for 3 days. Will the problem be solved.

Hi,

Combiflam can be continued. Since you have mentioned throat pain and difficulty in swallowing, antibiotics may be required. Continue the same for 2 more days. A simple viral fever settles by then. If fever persists, kindly take blood tests to rule out severe illness such as typhoid, malaria.
