Hi,

I got your chief complaint. These symptoms can be due to:
- Stress and anxiety as you say.
- Diabetes mellitus where body cells fail to either utilize glucose or level of glucose decreases in blood.
- A headache and feeling hot can be attributed to hypertension from diabetes as well as anxiety.

You need not worry. You are advised to consult an endocrinologist and get examined. You may need to carry necessary blood tests for glucose level and assessment of vitals like blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
