Suggest Treatment For Fever And Fussy Behavior In An Infant

My baby boy 4.3 week old had fever for 3 days doc advised colpol, from 1st day as fever subsidised but nlt cured , doc changed the syrup to medomol with spotidex drops which was in powder form to which we added booled and cooled water and gave it to baby. After this fever was completly gone but baby started crying excessively with no ways to console n even stopped brestfeeding. After which i stopped both medicine, even after 24 hrs these symptoms crying remains but baby is feeding a little. Please help what woild have caused this. Thank you

Its because of over medication. Stop all medicines. Cover your baby from top to bottom. Feed him with your milk at regular intervals. Have patience nothing major is there.
