Suggest Treatment For Fever And Conjunctivitis In A Child

My 16 month old son had conjunctivitis 3 weeks ago. I treated him with eye drops but it took 5 days to clear. After that he developed a fever for 2 days which then broke. A few days after I noticed he had dry rough skin on his back which turned to into a rash, only covering his back - these are small pin prick red marks. As he has eczema I ve been treating him with creams. The rash is fading very slowly but I m concerned that it may be something more serious. His appetite wasn t the same as he also had cold like symptoms, runny nose etc. and runny nappies for a number of days, but his appetite is good now and he s in good form generally, although the rash is still present. It hasn t spread anywhere else - I thought it was a heat rash after his fever, but its still present after 3 weeks.
