General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

After gall bladder removal, these side effects are normal. These are even more as you are having Gastritis as well as a fatty liver. Fat restricted diet, avoiding tea, coffee, chilly diets are the preventive options available. Medical treatment involves around ant acids and PPI's.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
