Hi,

Autoimmune disorders cannot be caused by environmental changes and are usually due to genetic reasons. Fatigue and muscle pain can occur due to nutritional deficiency, dehydration. In case of symptoms like fever, viral arthralgia should be ruled out.

Osteoarthritis related changes can also cause joint pain. Pain killers and cartilage protecting agents like chondroitin sulfate supplements can be taken to reduce the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
