Suggest Treatment For Fatigue In A Diabetic With Chronic Bronchitis And COPD

I have been very tired today. I have type 2 diabetes, chronic bronchitis, COPD, neuropathy, and was treated for Hepatitis C in 2002 successfully. I have been feeling a sensation of burning in my forehead and also a smell of something burning but nothing has burned. I ve had all of meds for the day and had just taken my last injection of 35 units of insulin as part of preparing to go to bed. I am wondering about this burning sensation? Is this a side effect of insulin. I also have chronic pain issues and took a normal dosage of acetomenophen PM as a sleep/pain aid. I don t take this every night.
