hello I am a 37 yet old female three days ago I became very fatigued and woke up the next morning with severe chest pain and over the past few days I have accumulated some other symptoms including headache palpitations burning pins and needles in my hands and feet some times my chest pain is accompanied by pain under my left shoulder blade I have had two ekgs two ex rays blood work all to come up negative it does get worse with lying on my back and when I exert my self even walking in the store however I sleep on my left side and when I wake in the morning I feel relatively well but Seem to go down hill rather quickly and today the burning pins and needles (that come and go like the chest pain generally in sink with all the symptoms) are seeming too spread up my arms and legs the doctor put a halter monitor on me and has me scedualed for and Echo Wednesday I m at a loss as to what to do
