I get a sharp stab in my heart (very brief around 1 - 2 seconds), heart goes faster after it, sometimes it feels like my heart misses a beat and gets all jumbled-up and sometimes it feels as though I have to breathe very deep to fill my lungs? I am 20, male and worried!
