Hello,

After going through your medical details provided by you, I understand your concern and would like to tell you that the most of your symptoms suggests the possibilities of cardiac disease which needs an evaluation on time to avoid any unpleasant events.

It's recommended for you to get an ECG, echocardiography and a Treadmill or stress done to rule out any heart disease and consult a cardiologist for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
