Good morning, which procedure would you most recommend for a tubal blockade to improve IVF chances, to prevent possible leakage from bilateral hydrosalphinx. I am reluctant to hv any major surgery except absolutely necessary, having been through a tough time with an appendiceptomy gone wrong, which developed into a fistula with intestinal obstruction& loads of adhesion.
