General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that one stye if untreated might produce bacterial infection in nearby area producing another stye.
This way produced more then one stye in same eye.
Go for full course of antibiotic like Amoxicilin or Doxycyclne.
Put antibiotic eye drops 2-3 hourly.
If stye is fibrosed or encapsulated then get it removed.
Ok and take care.
