Suggest Treatment For Extreme Nausea And Dehydration In A Child

My 6 year old grand daughter started vomiting last Wednesday night and has been unwell and un interested in either eating or drinking ever since. The last vomit was on Saturday evening but she still won't eat or drink. We took her to the local hospital yesterday where they said that she has had gastro and gave her fluid for the dehydration she was suffering from. This morning, she seemed a little better but has not moved off the couch all day, won't eat and has had very little to drink, not even enough to pass water. It's a long weekend here in Tasmania, and therefore, no doctors open. Should we take her back to the hospital? i am extremely concerned .
