Suggest treatment for extreme fatigue and mood swings

I have had an elevated b-12 level for past 11 mos. I have hashimotos thyroid. For past several months I have had extreme fatigue, very forgetful, generalized body aches and mood swings. I am 43 years old and have had thyroid since I was 16. My most recent TSH this past week drawn on 2/2 was 0.571. My biggest concern is that my b-12 has remained elevated. Last three results since 1/15 are 2000, 1399, and on 2/2 it was 1961. Should I be concerned and investigate further? I have a few other minor irreg lab values but nothing too bad. Could my symptoms be r/t elevated b12. I take no supplements or injections. Up until this past year I had chronic low b12 and was taking SL b-12. I stopped once elevated levels came back earlier this year. Thank you.
