Suggest Treatment For Extreme Dissociative Identity Disorder

I have these mood changes to where I feel like a completely different person. I have an alter ego named Skye who is my exact opposite and who is loud, outgoing, spontaneous, and highly sexual. Im the opposite. My name is Rosalynn. I have another alter ego named Shira. I m 18 but. Shira is like a mother I never had because I was neglected As a child. Shira is like a 25 year old woman. She is nurturing and calm. Kind and sensitive. I have another personality in me who is extremely angry with everyone and just...has hate for the world and she often gets me into arguments. Lastly that I know of, there is a 7 year old child named Brianna in my head who I have heard crying and screaming no I don t wanna! Leave me alone! As if she took on my sexual trauma. I was sexually abused for six years and emotionally abused for 2 years when I was taken away from my mother for 2 years after it was found out that I was sexually molested. I have heard of Dissociative Identity Disorder but the thing is that my switches are more like mood changes and I am fully concious of my actions it s just that I feel like someone else with a different name. Can someone tell me what s wrong with me?
