Suggest Treatment For Extreme Body Pain And Joint Pain

All of a sudden today, my body and back have started aching horribly. I have been sweating profusely with any physical activity. I get sore immediately after moving. Walking up a flight of stairs results in my joints and leg muscles t scream in pain. Even now typing this message, my forearms and finger joints are hurting very badly. The worst and most constant pain is in my mid-back. I tried to lay down but my body hurt so much that i couldnt do it. i am an active 27 year old Army veteran and have no way to explain any of this.
