Suggest Treatment For Extreme Anxiety, Sleeplessness And Chest Pain

hey I have always had anxiety problems since i was a kid and have taken medication in the past but did not help. I have trouble walking into stores because i am always looking over my shoulder, and cant relax, paranoia. The last week my house burned down and was a complete loss. Now i am having more issues. I am having a lot of trouble sleeping and eating, i always have the thoughts in my head about the house and cant get over it and is effecting my daily life. I have lost a lot of weight in the last week due to this. I have noticed i have also been getting chest pains and not sure why. I was wondering what you would recommend

Regarding your experience with anxiety sleep disorders and chest pain from childhood as well as previous fire incident I will suggest you have developed a panic disorder

In view of this please see a psychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
