Suggest Treatment For Exotropia

hai my twin girls of 10yr old r suffering from intermittent exotropia both .. and it's getting worse day by day..
so i'm just loking for suggestions to go well with this.. one of the girl got surgery in her 5th yr.. but the condition is still worse.. i've red abt pinhole glasses how does this work for them?

Hello
It seems from the history that your daughter is having exotropia.
The causes can be accommodative or refractive or congenital. The first two causes can be treated by correction by glasses.
The congenital causes need surgical correction.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the cause.
