Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a higher than usual amount of dead skin on the soles of my feet. Lately, I have been picking at it. Last year I started to notice that my toes looked mildly purple. When I went to my doctor he said I may have had a case of frostbite. I see the discoloration again this year. Sometimes I feel a shooting pain in my left foot, second toe. I'm wondering if any of this could be symptomatic of diabetes or some type of circulatory conditon.
