Suggest Treatment For Excessive Acne And Scars

Hello doctor, I am suffering with acne from pastmore than 20 years. It started when I was 18 years. I had taken treatment with so many doctors, it just gave me relief but not cure. I have acne scars all over my face, especially on my chin region.(very stubborn scars) . Is there any permanent solution for my problem? _Right now my doctor has prescribed PERODUO -15g, isotretinoin-20mg, azithromycin 500mg, faceclin-20g. is this drugs safe? will these drugs helps me in any way. plz give me a permanent solutuion for the same. now my age is 40yrs, I have not mentioned how much i have suffered(suffering) with this acne and scars, b' coz I know a doctor can understand easily 20 yrs,with a acne is not a short time. hoping an early guidance from you doctor. thank you.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain the first thing that the removal of acne scars that are lasting since twenty years is not an easy task and can take a long time for them to fade as well as you need a combination of topical as well as chairside treatment..
The medications advised to you are all anti-acne medications and can helpful in providing some resolution..
You should also add up facewash containing Salicylic acid and glycolic acid for washing face as they help in easy peeling off of the dead skin..
You should also exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle face scrub..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, dermal rollers and Fractional CO2 lazer..
