Neurologist 's  Response
according to you seizures are not controlled. as u had mentioned seizures occurs only in travel periods. so go for sleep deprived eeg. is there any abnormality present or not. one more thing u can do is u make a video of her and show to your doctor so it he able to know that actually it was a seizure or not.

Psychiatrist Dr. Shubham Mehta's  Response
Hello
Fatigue and stress can precipitate a seizure.
If she is having seizure even on medication, i think her dose of drug should be increased or changed. You should talk to a neurologist about that.
Thanks
