I have a skin irritatiom i have exzima but dont notmally get it now last few weeks i wake up at night and sometimes duriny The day itching my legs atms amd foot ive itched that hatd its took skin Off they come up as little spots them lat night i aceatched my thigh which was burning and itching and have woke up with a very lare buriae in the area i was itching it has came up dark red and purple i have atarted the gym and sweat alot but worried what it is yhe itvhing is hoerendous
