Suggest Treatment For Eating Disorder While On Clonazepam And Seroquel

I am a 72 yr. old female. I have trouble urinating, and it has become less frequent. The medications I take are: Lorezepam, Clonazepam, a thyroid med, and Seroquel. I also exercise and have had an eating disorder in the past. I am 5 2 , and weigh 110 lbs. I feel like my bladder is full, but have a hard time urinating, and then it is a small trickle. No pain.

Your symptoms are suggestive of anticholinergic side effects of Seroquel. Seroquel can cause urinary retention and overflow incontinence.
Decreasing dose of Seroquel or switching to antipsychotic with the least anticholinergic effect like Risperidone can be tried.
If the symptoms still persist after switching of medication, then overflow incontinence need to be evaluated with cystometry and ruling out possible causes like diabetes and multiple sclerosis.
