Suggest Treatment For Ear Ache

Hi one week ago I had my right ear syringed and during this I experienced terrible pain and it had to be stopped. The nurse looked inside my ear and it was bleeding and very red. She called the doctor who examined me and gave me some ear drops to take for a couple of days. I still keep getting an ache in the ear and when I burp the ear hurts. Any suggestions why this may be happening?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for the query.
In my opinion , Some trauma to ear occur while syringing.
Keep ear dry , donot allow water to go inside ear while bath.
Start combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen & ofloxacin ear drop.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
Hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
