Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think it is due to bladder/lower urinary tract stone as you have soreness in the lower part.
Other causes are:
Cystitis/lower urinary tract infections, prostate enlargement (if along with nocturia and urgency).
You should consult the urologist for proper diagnosis. Following investigations should be done: USG of KUB region, urine test: routine, culture and microscopy, PSA, Kideney function test, ESR, CBC.
meanwhile take following advice:
Tablet diclofenac puls pracetamole
Drinlk lots of fluids, eat fruits like cranberry, orange, pine apple.
Tablet cefexime plus nitrofurantoin
After diagnosis take treatment specific to disease.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
