Suggest Treatment For Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Starting in the end of december 2013 i began experiencing dysfunctional uterine bleeding. I went to the ER after 14 days of painful cramps and heavy bleeding, and was reffered to an obgyn who perscribed a birth control pill taper to stop the bleeding. They preformed an ultrasound and found a hypervascular thickened endometrium, and a few small(less than two mm in diameter) fluid cysts on my ovaries. Ovaries looked healthy otherwise. I am still experiencing pain and random breakthrough bleeding, even on the pill. I went in for a full well women exam, and they found irregular cells from the pap exam. They didn t scedule a follow up. Should i get a second opinion? I am 21 years old and up until this point I have had fairly regular periods, although my cramps have continually increased in intensity. I have a healthy BMI, and have had no major health issues previously.
