Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen

upper left side abdomen. once in awhile shooting pain or a dull ache. dont remember eating anything out of the ordinary. mostly in evening i notice it comes on. not sure if it feels as high as the spleen area , maybe just below. sometimes last long time like 20 minutes or just a couple minutes. and not everyday

It can be related to heart and lung disease or Acid peptic disease like gastritis or acid reflux
At times it can be caused by chest wall and muscle disease like costochondritis

I would like further information to help you better like
Your age and relevant medical history like presence of risk factor for heart disease as habit of smoking or alcohol or family history of heart disease

You can take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or rabeprazole with antacids
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Avoid smoking and alcohol
