Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query repeated infections in the extraction socket can be due to either incompletey healed socket that can cause food accumulation in the area leading to bacteria growth and infection..

Secondly if any piece of root of the tooth is left accidentally in the extraction socket due to breakage during extraction then it can flare up recurringly and cause infection..

I would therefore suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and x ray can help in diagnosis and will be treated accordingly..

As of now do antiseptic mouthwash gargles and do warm saline gargles..
Keep the area clean and do not let food accumulate in that area..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
