Suggest Treatment For Dry Puffy Purple Colored Eyelids

I have very dry puffy purple eyelids. I was given steroids until I referred to see a allergy specialist in February! I am trying to work out what it is for myself as I was told by various doctors it may be a food allergy but researching it I am starting to think otherwise. The rash is only on my face and neck and I also have itchy lips and sometimes hives on my face and neck

it can be blepharitis or allergic infestetion. it is better to consult eye doctor and and get it diagnosed. for allergy you have to avoid allergen. for allergy you cantake tab levocetrizine 5mtg daily and apply cromal eye drop, 3times daily. for blepharitis you have to clean the lid with sterile swab and apply mneosporine ophthalmic ointment.
